I Turn 18 in April never thought I would move out My parents home but My mom is a traveling nurse and my dad is a General contractor they travel a lot so I new once they settle down, they would want the house to their self so I came to Rosedale Gardens apartment filled out the application. They made the process so easy they were so helpful. Even when I felt that I was being annoying I asks so many questions but they never got frustrated never got irritated with me answered every single question. I had no matter how stupid it was I would ask my mom a question and she would say you need to figure it out and then I would email someone from the lease office and always they would answer the question even when I’m supposed to put in a maintenance request the right way they took the time to do it for me and for that I am very grateful thank you for helping me. My move-in experience at Rosedale Gardens has been excellent. My apartment is newly renovated. Nadia ensured that my apartment was clean and ready for me upon arrival. Shortly after moving in, I experienced an issue with the refrigerator tripping the breaker due to the new appliances drawing additional power. I contacted Nadia, and she promptly arranged for the maintenance team to investigate. Within two weeks, an electrician was dispatched, and the issue was fully resolved.
The leasing office staff have been consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my requests. Additionally, I have not encountered any issues with pests, which has further contributed to a positive living environment. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Rosedale Gardens.
